It took a moment to figure out the setup and how to make it work for the websites needs. Once it was figured out, it has been an amazing option. It has been customized to exactly what was needed (four individual shirt sizes per order, and shopper cannot proceed until options are selected).

Having used a few different apps for my product personalization this is by far the best app I have used and the customer support is exceptional

Still in the midst of trying this out but it has been a pleasant journey so far, as compared to other apps I have used. The interface is user-friendly, and the pricing is reasonable.

Most importantly, the support are always prompt and clear. I had help from Helen and Mike so far, and they were knowledgeable and understood my requests without me explaining much.

Will continue to use the app and hope it helps make shopping at my store much more pleasant :D
