Globo Product Options, Variant

The app has lots of great features and works well!

I really like that I can customize the CSS to make it look just about any way I want.

The support team are really helpful, but it sometimes takes a short while for them to write back - but they do a great job!

The app had a slight delay while I was typing some variants. I also missed a key element (hitting save) to get my product options to be on the website. Hit the live chat and it was figured out in about 2 seconds.

UPDATE: I messed up again. And Rosie was to the rescue AGAIN. The customer support is truly amazing

this application is simple and easy to use plus it is possible to receive help in real time. I had a problem and Rosie helped me. Thank you

Support response is very fast. After 30 minutes of inquiry, my problem was resolved thanks to Helen's support.

The app is decent, but the customer support is extremely disappointing. When I reached out about the price add-on feature being unavailable, the response I received was unclear and unhelpful. Without the price add-on, the app became unusable, and I had no choice but to uninstall it.
