Globo Product Options, Variant

Made it very easy to fix my problem in a way that was simple to understand and fix. Very quick response!

This app is very easy to set up and customize to match the look of the store. So far the customer service team has been very responsive. My only gripe would be that the knowledge base is not as informative as it could be. Regardless, still a great app.

We've been using this for over a year and it works. Any time we get stumped support is outstanding.

update: 11/14/23 - i updated my store and the app stopped working. i reached out and they resolved my issue in a few hours. great service.

We have just downloaded this app to our new Balloon gift feature so our customers can add text for their greetings. We can see this app has so much more to offer so we are quite confident this will be at great help for us and as we already know the Globo team from another app we use.. there was no hesitations for trying this out and it is also free which is great for smaller business. Update: Now we have used the app for more than a year and if we ever need help they are quick to respond and fix any requests we have.
