Globo Product Options, Variant

App had a glitch and was allowing customer to checkout without making a selection on a required field. Couldn't discover how it was happening and then discovered that sometimes the selection was not loading at random time in browser. Upon showing this to tech support they quickly fixed the issue. Initially they were had out of office response for celebrating a long new years holiday, but as it turned out they were very responsive to email questions and quickly fixed the problem. Very happy with their customer support.

This app is a beautiful way to streamline customization within your shop. I am absolutely impressed by the ease with which I was able to set it up. The developers are absolute gems!
