I've been using this app only a few weeks and every time I have a question or can't get something to work correctly they are very quick to help. Today I wanted the custom text field in my items to show up on the packing slips. I emailed them and Helen had it fixed in just a couple hours with the time difference.

Globo has been a fantastic find for my small business! It's really helped me be able to offer so many customizations and simplify my order process. However, I can see how it would likely not work for everyone since it does have limitations.
I've contacted customer support twice and both times they were quick to help and provide a solution. I would highly recommend installing to test if it works for your shop.

The app is very easy to use and the functionality is excellent, although sometimes it's a little bit problematic, after contacting the official Helen helped me a lot!
