Their support team went well above and beyond (specifically Rosie). A previous app developer from another app left junk code everywhere, even on my backup themes. Not only did they remove this code, get the product options working, but also helped with another issue. Globo has my full trust.

So far, so good! It's easy to use and exactly what I was looking for. Helps streamline custom orders and speed up the process significantly. Custom support was quick to respond and help me through user errors

Super responsive and helpful support. I was a little concerned with the time difference, but turns out - not an issue at all - they are on point. :-)

Oh, and the AP is great. Short learning curve, fills the options functionality gap that Shopify left out.

48h Hours to fix a major bug in my shop is long and at the same time quite short, thaats why I put 4 stars, not 5. but overall i am happy with the communication ! thank you !

Nice and easy settings and setup. Needed some help after installation with the placing of the options. Quick response via chat and the problem got solved quickly too.
