I'm working on getting custom options set up for my store and Rosie and Helen were very helpful. The options I needed are available, setting them up was reasonably intuitive, and they helped me figure out why I wasn't seeing them in my theme (user learning curve :-). Their help was much appreciated.

I only needed a simple customisation option (text box for adding custom name) for all my products, so i went with this app. The support team is very responsive and helped me within 10 minutes completely match the text box with the lay out of my webshop. Recommanded.

We have been using this app since we joined Shopify, for about 2 months. We have created and are using over 20 distinct Option Sets. We were impressed with the app, at first. However, we have needed to contact Tech Support about 5 times regarding different issues that caused Product pages not to work. It generally takes about 2 - 4 days for Tech Support to respond and declare the issue corrected. However, these page errors go unnoticed until a customer makes us aware of an issue and by that point we have no clear idea how many potential sales have been lost.
Our most recent issue was identified directly by Shopify. We are now at a point where we may need to remove this app and consider other apps that have more users.

I use this app to add on products to sell at different prices as a variant. Wow it really does what I needed and I'm so happy with it. Any support I have needed (which was from my lack of knowledge ) was answered promptly and with follow up emails to check all going well. Great app Great support Thank you for a fantastic product.
