Globo Product Options, Variant

The functionality of the app is amazing, especially given that it is free. I had an issue with some elements not displaying on my site. The team was very quick to find a solution.

The customer service is unbelievable. Always a polite, friendly and swift reply from Helen.

Only room for improvement is making it possible to make conditional logic based on the shopify product variants

The app works perfectly for 2.0 and in my Focal theme. The minor tweaks in looks and fit to the theme got handled accurately and quickly by a very responsive support team. Highly recommend you use this app if you have product options.

The application opens on a home page where it is impossible to access the set options. Information appears on purchase orders that have nothing to do (numbers and letters that mean nothing), options that are now available on the most expensive subscription while they were available on the intermediate subscription. I am very disappointed and seriously considering using another application. Too bad, it was very good before this complex update... I shouldn't have exchanged it :-(

I have used several apps for product options but have not seen anything close to this app's flexibility; not saying that it doesn't have issues, but the Pros outweigh the Cons, and what this app allows us to do on our site is impressive. I would recommend this app to other site owners.

Great app. Have been doing a lot of research on finding a good one and this one is just great. Good customer service (Rosie) and easy use.
