Globo Product Options, Variant

ギフトラッピングオプションを付けたくて利用しました。shopifyのバリエーションだとバリエーションごとに在庫を設定しなければならず、ギフトラッピングの有無のようなケースで使いづらかったがこのアプリで解決します。他にも柔軟性が高くいろいろなオプションに使えます。多少不具合はありましたがサポートがスピーディーに対応してくれたおかげですぐに解決しました。

difficulty using now and variants never stay i get customers turned away due to this. support takes a day to reply when i need immediate help

This app has a lot of nice features and the support staff is very helpful. I'm in the US so time zone difference can be an issue with support, but they are responsive when they are there, usually the next day for me.

I cannot give this app 5 stars because I started using this app more than 1 year ago and it worked well, but it appears changes were made to the app and it started giving me problems. I removed the app and reinstalled and then discovered that some of the features I had last year, I can no longer use for my plan. Notifications about the changes to the app and the plans might have gone out, but I never saw them.

Overall a good app.

同様の様々なアプリなどを使ってみようかと試みましたが、どれも分かりにくく困っていましたが、このアプリで問題が解決しました。
すべて英語ですが、仕様が分かりやすいためとても使いやすいです。
そして導入後は販売方法の幅が広がり、すぐに成果が現れました。

The app needs some little adjustments:
- look of the variants could be better.
- when Adding variants, on the invoices/orders there are a lot of variants. Not really clear

Customer service is good they helped me with the issues i got.

This is a great app (I would have wanted another solution than the one I got, but this is also good). So many options, and the response to my question was very fast! Definitively recommend!
