I do what I can to figure out things on my shopify site. So I needed to configure an addon for a product page and was able to figure it out on my own after shopify support informed me that an app was used by a developer I hired - so I opened the Globo Product Options and was able to configure a variant without assistance. I had reached out to the app makers and they responded within 24 hours. ...

can be somewhat tricky to learn but the customer service has been quick and fixed all my issues. I will continue to use them
