Update 12/12/24 - I CANNOT BELIEVE this company's customer service! REALLY!? I wrote to them and Helen replied in a very short time by email with screen shots and instructions. I wrote back with more questions. She immediately replied with screen shots and asked me to try it now and see if it worked.
