My products have a lot of customization options. This app is easy to use and works great. Their settings options are great but I wanted something special, not included in those. I contacted the team, through Helen, and they kindly accepted the challenge and directly implemented the change in my shop, in less than 24 hours. Amazing!

Just Installed, trying to find out more about this apps, amazed by the service by Helen, super fast response, even help me to make samples of my product, and giving me a very clear information that I am looking for. Great feature rich product options app. Has lots of customisation options including add-on prices. Adds negligible latency to the page load too. Also, has superb support with super fast response time. Helen was amazing to work with, and made UI tweaks literally within minutes from the requests.

Great service, I needed different types of help and the attendant "Rosie de Globo" helped me a lot. I recommend!

There's still limitation and room for improvement but customer service was awesome.

It will be more awesome if basic customization in design is readily available for user to diy instead of having to contact the cs :)
