Well....I did like it until all of my listings stopped working. I received no response from my attempts to contact support

False Alarm. their response ended up in Spam. They hunted me down on FB and fixed the issue. THANK YOU

I want to extend a big thank you to the Globo app and especially to Helen from support, who promptly assisted me when I was in need. We encountered an issue with the appearance of our cart, where the configuration was overlapping with the quantity of products. Their technicians promptly resolved the entire situation for us; all they needed was access. They respond lightning-fast. They also helped us with translating the app into all our languages. They are amazing. Thank you!

Wow,
I just added this app to my store. I needed help and used the Chat feature. The support agent, Helen, was the best. Not only did she explain to me what to do but actually set up the option I needed in the shop.
I am blown away with this kind of customer service.
She did all of this while I am still on the free plan.
I can only recommend this app.
