The app is good and works exactly as I want.

Customer support was rapid and very helpful - thank you Rosie. The app itself is great so far, giving me flexibility that I need, similar to modifier sets in Square but able to link to inventory.

They are very willing to help out with changes and made it easy for someone like me who is new to Shopify and getting a store up and running.

Good app for addons. If you are creating colors or styles. I like the picture variations.

Excellent app - It had 100% of what we wanted and even more. It allows very complex option creation and even has conditional logic.
Excellent support- I was surprised how fast it all happened, Helen from the support answered my questions in no time!

Helen was really quick and efficient at responding to our question and could tell us what the limitations of the app are. She really helped us to make a decision about what we need to do for the future.

For now, the app doesn't allow you to link through to products so customers can view what they are receiving. If this feature was added in the future, it would do what we want.

This app is amazing! I managed to add 2 text boxes all on my own! haha

Well not really, the fantastic team chat also assisted me to get this all done & dusted within 20 minutes!

this app is exactly what i was looking for and their help team was extremely responsive. highly recommend to anyone looking to add custom fields to their product listings.

This app does everything I can think of. I have a few custom products and Im making a switch over to shopify from magento, but was worried I wouldnt find a decent solution. but this app has a much better look than what I'm using on Magento. So many ways to utilize this app. Support is great. and their templates are great to get ideas of how to show options in different ways/methods. Prior to finding this app, i was very worried i would not get the look i was after. There are many nice features, even the small features are great , such as displaying different verbiage once added to the cart. I also like how it allows the website visitor to edit the options from the cart. that was not possible with my old setup. a person had to delete and start all over again which im certain frustrated people and likely lost sales (because i have a very complex custom product). I can keep writing, but there is a free trial so check it out :) I cant imagine a better app out there because what more can this ap do? :) its great
