Globo Product Options, Variant

We’ve had a great experience using Globo Product Options for our Shopify store. The app is powerful and covers all the advanced needs we have — from conditional logic to custom add-on pricing and image swatches.

It took a moment to figure out the setup and how to make it work for the websites needs. Once it was figured out, it has been an amazing option. It has been customized to exactly what was needed (four individual shirt sizes per order, and shopper cannot proceed until options are selected).

I am happy with the app!
To improve: Couple of feature I would like to request is
1. link image with option (ie. Font etc) which I was told that it's not supported.
2. Live customised product view option(very important for personalised product to increase conversion rate.

Support was good and very helpful. So please keep up with good support, that makes a huge difference.

Their support is excellent. I mainly use the app to make a required checkbox for customers to acknowledge that a product is at final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds. The app makes it easy and it works seamlessly on the front end. Every other option I considered was overly complex but this app solved my problem elegantly. When I wanted to customize some features that weren't available in the app settings, the support team was able to provide me with the relevant CSS class to do some styling of my own. I'm impressed so far.

I had an issue with my store's header, and Globo Software Solution was fantastic in helping me resolve it. They responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and fixed the issue in no time. It's perfect for flexibility in your allowing clients to choose from a range of different options making sure products allow for all types of customers, and I did come across a couple of issues but a supportive customer support team helped out!

The customer service response was very fast and successfully solved my problem. It is currently running well on my website, except for the customization function without real-time preview.
