Globo Product Options, Variant

Very impressed at the moment,, Just started my first Shopify account and this app is perfect for I need - Help desk have been brilliant, Helen in particular- very quick to respond and no messing about -Its great to deal with Humans in this day and age... so I guess that's a good sign- so very happy at the moment. I've been using Globo and have been very happy, was intuitive and pretty easy to learn without headaches. I did request a customization and it was completed promptly and works well for what I needed. I have several option sets due to how my products are setup and Globo has allowed me to tailor the options for each type of product.

I've received support several times from from Helen who was very friendly and responded quickly to my questions. David and Ariya have also been pleasant to work with, so have been very happy with the whole support team.

I have been using this app for several years now and it great, does every kind of option i want or could need. They will even customise to fit your theme and don't get me started on the support. If in the unfortunate event you need help they are always on hand with quick support, I cant rate them enough. One of my options stopped working and I contacted support at around 9pm, when I woke up the next morning I had an email from Helen in support telling me that the issue had been fixed.

So far, great app and great customer service... looking forward to using all the features!

Endless option sets that you can assign to different products. This app works well with invoice apps, Shopify POS for in-store sales, and is clear to customers through the online store (product page, cart, checkout). We operate a multilingual website and didn't have any translation issues. Their support team is quick too!

I would love to see it work for draft orders in the future :)
