I have owned Global Product Option for several months. During this time I have had the odd question and various change and customization requests. Helen (the supporter's name) took care of everything immediately. Very professional, super fast support, all problems or comments were dealt with very promptly. She also repeatedly asked if everything was OK and if I was satisfied. Thanks to Helen for the great support!

The app is so user friendly, I was pleasantly surprised when I first started using it. I have a lot of custom options so I love that it allows for so many variants. In addition, it automatically updates to your store theme. If you do have any trouble, their customer service team is 10 stars hands down!! I recently did the shopify store update and it somehow kicked my options out on some of my products and I could not figure it out. I hopped on Chat in the Globo app and Rosie was able to figure it out!! I was so worried about having to redo it all but she saved the day!! The CS is so amazing! The app is amazing! Get it, you wont have any regrets.

Wow,
I just added this app to my store. I needed help and used the Chat feature. The support agent, Helen, was the best. Not only did she explain to me what to do but actually set up the option I needed in the shop.
I am blown away with this kind of customer service.
She did all of this while I am still on the free plan.
I can only recommend this app.

Helen was really quick and efficient at responding to our question and could tell us what the limitations of the app are. She really helped us to make a decision about what we need to do for the future.

For now, the app doesn't allow you to link through to products so customers can view what they are receiving. If this feature was added in the future, it would do what we want.
