Ottima App per aggiungere tante varianti ai prodotti! Il servizio clienti è fantastico, rispondono subito alle richieste, e in più mi hanno modificato l'app su mia richiesta per avere qualche particolarità in più, se si dovessero riscontrare problemi, sono sempre pronti ad aiutarti, anche per una semplice domanda! Grazie mille ragazzi siete fantastici!

I've been trying to figure out how to be able to add more variants WITHOUT increasing the inventory quantity, and this app is EXACTLY what I was looking for!

I thought I ran into an issue (which ended up being user error) and spoke with Rosie on the live chat and she was very responsive and friendly.

Excited I found this app!

It is a very good application.
When I had a problem, Helen in support resolved it immediately.
There is a contact form in the app and when I contacted her, I got a reply within 30 minutes.
She made some tweaks regarding the problematic UI and gave me a good explanation of the cause of the problem.

I reached out to Customer service regarding the backgrounds on their dropdown lists not properly displaying.

Helen responded letting me know she was the employee assigned to assist me and she will let me know when my issue was resolved. Within 20 minutes, I had my issue solved :) great customer service!

The configurability and options are SO flexible -- it can do anything. And the tech support is incredible. They responded instantly and answered all of my questions :) Thank you!!!!

Globo is very responsive and helpful! I was having an issue with add-on products, specifically a message stating items were no longer available and they explained the cause for the error. So far, my experience with the app and customer service has been great!

It took a hot minute to figure it out, but Rosie was amazing in the chat option and helped me figure it out. I granted temporary access to her for her to help.

Helen was super reactive and helpful. I chose to start with the free version that I applied to two of my "Make Your Own Shoe" products. I was able to add static text / image variants and drop down menus. The app is super user friendly, and it works wonderfully on the front end. Love it !
