Customer service is friendly, fast and effective! I love being able to add a text option to customize products and when I needed help setting it up, the support I received was outstanding.

This app was perfect for my store, allowing me to add 5+ product variants, and easily synching with my theme. When I needed help they connected me with Rosie who created a working solution for me within minutes. Definitely recommend.

I want to extend a big thank you to the Globo app and especially to Helen from support, who promptly assisted me when I was in need. We encountered an issue with the appearance of our cart, where the configuration was overlapping with the quantity of products. Their technicians promptly resolved the entire situation for us; all they needed was access. They respond lightning-fast. They also helped us with translating the app into all our languages. This is the first and only product options App we tried and kept. It is intuitive, highly customizable, and easy to deploy. It's been working as expected. Had a few integration issues and Helen helped sorting them out promptly and smoothly. As a paid user for more than a month now, we would recommend the App users who look for a powerful yet easy-to-use product options and variants App.

Great app with all the features you could need, and quick helpful support. Only minor complaint is that sometimes it takes too long to load on the product page, so the controls "pop in"

Very very good. I have used MULTIPLE, MULTIPLE apps and Globo is, without question, the best one with the best functionality and easiest to use. Rosie, my support rep, did an OUTSTANDING job as well. I will continue to use Globo for a long time to come.
