Installed very easily, contacted customer support and instantly we had fantastic service from somebody called Helen. She was very friendly and polite but more importantly incredibly helpful and resolved our issues.

We are going into a testing phase and the app looks very promising for our store. We would definitely feel confident both recommending this app and reaching out to customer support if we had any issues.

Absolute gem app and gem people at customer service. They are readily available to help and support whenever needed. The app is also very convenient to use and have all the features. Globo apps and their support both are really great and cater to an e-commerce business like mine very effectively.

We needed an app to organize lots of different options and in particular apply conditional logic so the customer only sees the options relevant to them. After trying 5 different apps Globo Product Options was the only one that met all our needs. The customer support is also excellent when setting up. Recommended app

I reached out to Globo with an issue with one of the option sets not displaying properly on my product pages. They handled the issue quickly and efficiently and were very pleasant to work with.

So far having a great time with this. Just got it today after reading articles for literal hours on how to implement the new GraphQL product APIs for the 2000 variant limit into my store and coming up dry. I don't know how to code and can't afford for someone to do it for me so I found this plugin that is awesome. Originally I was thinking the free version would be enough, but I needed access to the add-on prices and had $100 in shopify app credits so I said what the heck. The new APIs are supposed to be implemented and accessible to all (without a developer storefront) by early next year, so I figure I will use it at least until then. I was having trouble trying to figure out how to hide the add-on products that are created when you make option sets so that they would only show as the in-product-page drop downs I created them for, and I went to the chat to ask about this. Within the hour Rosie from Globo added code to my store to hide them successfully. No qualms really so far, other than that I wish you could use multiple option sets on a singular product. It doesn't take that much more time to just make product specific option sets, but it would be nice to either use multiples for one product, or copy paste them onto others. I like it!
