Great app for product customization. Easy to use on the back end. I encountered some minor issues but support is quick and helpful.

So far this app has proven very helpful by enabling us to add custom product features to our website. The live chat customer support has also provided some creative solutions when we ran into hurdles. We plan to continue using this plugin.

I am using this App for some time now for taking personalization requests, and it works great. Whats best though is the customer service and the swiftness with which issues are resolved or customized to suit the store. All in all, a great App.
