Globo Product Options, Variant

So helpful!

I've used Globo apps since last year, recently had some demand to add on custom ink service, Globo customer service is great. I meant i had lots of app but customer service is the key, some app has really nice features but their customer service is suck. Had Jay, helped me in both Globo app, very helpful.

The app its self is great but the customer service is just top notch they are super helpful and quick. Would highly suggest using Globo.

I just added this app to my store. I needed help and used the Chat feature. The support agent, Helen, was the best. Not only did she explain to me what to do but actually set up the option I needed in the shop.
I am blown away with this kind of customer service.
She did all of this while I am still on the free plan.
I can only recommend this app.

A very powerful app, lots of features but very straight forward, the customer service is excellent - the team are always on hand if needed. I would like to personally thank Helen for all the help too!

I was having a hard time creating text fields and options for my ordering system. Until I was recommended by a Shopify Customer Service to this app. It was simple to use, I also got help from Helen, one of the staff working in Globo Product Options, She is very prompt and her service is just really on the ball.
