Excelente y rápido servicio al cliente, y me solucionó un problema
There are a lot of things that can be made for users to fix without reaching out to live chat. However the people there are very helpful. I spoke with Rosie and Rosie was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She set me up properly and fixed a few things I needed done.
Rosie's customer service was great!
I was having trouble with variants showing up as a product. Rosie's help was so great, she hid them and sent me screenshots of where it is so I can also change if ever needed.

Absolutely incredible! The products I offer are very customized, and I needed to not only track inventory crossed multiple listings, but add a different costs for several different products but I ran into an issue. I reached out to support on a Sunday and did not even expect a reply. Helen was absolutely amazing and replied within a couple hours and solved my issue easily and quickly and she knew exactly what was needed. This app has solved an issue that I have had with my engraving business for months and I can't wait to finish updating my listings. Thank you so much Helen! if I could give a million stars I would!
無料プランは良いです。プレミアムプランではオプションで価格設定できるのですが、そちらは価格設定すると勝手にそのオプションの商品ページを作ります。そこまではよかったのですが、Googleマーチャントセンターに今まで登録できていた商品が1000以上不承認となってしまいました。
価格設定オプションのものはURLリンクも別で生成されるようでそれがうまくGoogleマーチャントセンターに読み込まれず、「Missing value link」となってしまい、それに気づくまではおかげで売り上げがかなり下がりました。
結局サポートに問い合わせても対応なく、プレミアムプランは解約しました。無料プランで使わせてもらっています。
エンジニアさん、プレミアムプラン改善してもらえると助かります。
Free plan is good. But there was a problem with premium plan with optional price set. When you set the optional price, it create option product page automatically, which is still ok.
It also seem create new URL link for each option set, which had a trouble connecting to Google Merchant Center. My products became disapproved more than 1000 pieces because of this.
I cancelled the premium plan and use as free plan.
It could be nice if they can fix this problem.
I asked the help center but they didn't solve this problem.
