I started using this app to offer engraving options on some of our products — and I honestly regret it.
They claim that my Shopify theme is “special” and therefore not compatible, even though the Enterprise theme is widely used. When reporting issues, the support team rarely provides real solutions. The app often stops working without any changes on our side, things randomly reset, and orders are incorrectly flagged as if engraving was added when it wasn’t.
Unfortunately, support just blames the setup instead of helping to fix the actual problems. Not a reliable app for professional stores.
price add on feature is broken. When I told them this they said it wasn't and it was working, but it's still broken. No one contacted me about it. Super frustrating. :/
My very first issue, which was my fault, was handled extremely quickly and politely, I hope I get Gemma every time I have an issue. Thanks again Gemma, She gets 5 stars
the app itself gets 2, mainly because i keep trying to get my data to sync after creating the templates and it doesn't
sync. Ive updated everything i can think of, refreshed the page etc etc and its still not working. Idk, Getting frustrated

Here I am again trying to sync add on data, talked with Shopify, she found a few things like on certain pages the “app embeds” weren’t turned on but it still wasn’t syncing data. She tried on her side, still didn’t work, finally got on live chat with Globo, guy asks a few questions, told me it was working but he was in the preview portion of the app,well yeh it worked there, sent him a picture and of it not working on my site, told me he would reach out to the developers, then told me the response may be delayed since it’s the evening time, now the “live chat” option isn’t available?? … searching for another app after this review… it’s getting old
v1 Started out being a great app, have set up my entire store using this app, but have had an ongoing issue with customers not being charged for extras that they should have been. After numerous lengthy sessions with support, it turns out that to rectify this I now have to reinstall v2 losing ALL my listings which will have to be remade from scratch, and all the things I have used in the free version are now classed as 'premium', and I'll have to pay for them. I have mno issue paying for apps when its clear from the outset, but it annoys me to use something for a year and then have everything change, I will lose DAYS having to reinstate all my listings, and have to pay for the pleasure too... time to look for a different app!
Looks great on the surface but extremely inflexible compared to other product option apps I have used.
Really regretting investing so much time implementing this app on the booking element of our site. Suggestions to their support team on what are quite simple implementations, and would make this app best in class are met with a "no we can't do that" from their support team.
Back to the drawing board and finding another solution unfortunately.

Required name field is not working since January...
Even if you set the field as mandatory, the customer can enter the checkout without filling in the personalized names...
Stuck with this app for months trying to get it to work. Although tech team were available, they never truly gave me the time on endless chats to understand the problem and therefore it never functioned correctly. On to another app now.
