So far so good. Fast response from customer service. I needed some adjustments made and was accommodated accordingly. My only suggestion would be for there to be a way to add a price for a variant option such as customized text without it creating a whole product page for a price add on.
I've had a lot of contact with app developers over the past 3 years. Honestly the experience can be pretty frustrating. My experience with Globo is the prototype of what I'd look for. Quick, responsive, and does a great job of actively listening. Most of the contact with app developers revolves around them helping stores figure out how to address specific user specific issues. Globo knocked it out of the park and I couldn't be happier with the final result.

Globo continues to impress with their service, apps, and all their attention to speed and quality. I've had some tricky changes and they helped out right away - and they were super friendly about it. No worries on service with these peeps. I recommend.
Love this app. It has helped us offer all the different selections for each product, along with allowing us to add a price difference between variations if need be.
The customer service is on point as well. When we first synced the app to our theme it was a huge white space we couldn't figure out how to blend in but I emailed globo and they had it fixed the same day!!

App works well and the support is good. Also, like that it integrates with globo's quote builder app, which we needed for our store.
Very quick to resolve my issue, I asked to have the powered by globo' tag removed from my website, a few hours later it was resolved!

I put in a request to make some changes to the style to better match the theme of my site. I wasn't sure how to request what I wanted so I fumbled out a couple of weird emails that made me look a bit nuts, I'm sure. No problem! Helen was amazing and got it done, and I really like how it looks. She even went another step to ensure the watermark was removed to make the site look more professional. And it was done within a couple hours. I was expecting to wait until at least the day or even post-launch. Really really happy with this app and service so far.

This app has worked perfectly for my shop, they even did some coding on my order printer app so that the customizations show up on our packing slips for fulfillment purposes - amazing customer service!
