Quick turn around, friendly and fast service on fixing a error on my end that I could not figure out. Thank you!

A great app, fairly easy to use, a little manual, but does the job.

However, what has given me a real 5* experience is the customer service and technical support that they provide.

I have spoken with 2 excellent customer service agents, Helen and David, who have both gone above and beyond, helping me understand how it all works and providing solutions that I'd otherwise have to hire an experienced developer to help me with.

Give them both a raise!

The support is amazing! They always respond quickly and solve any challenges we face while creating the best add-ons for an outstanding customer experience. Mainly we are working with Helen. If something doesn't work or if we have ideas for improving an optional add-on, shecustomize it for us. That's fantastic! Our team truly appreciates her and all Globo Product team!

This product is a great solution when selling customized product. The product support team has been fantastic and helped me with a couple of questions/ issues I’ve had and managed to resolve them quickly each time!

The Globo app is great. The setting options are excellent. I had previously used another app for 1.5 years and the app often had errors and almost made me give up my business. Then I discovered Globo and I'm super happy. The app looks very nice in the front end and is very easy to set up. The support is super helpful. Helen was so fast at editing my setup to hide the product "options" from popping up as stand alone products on my store. Everyone I have worked with at Globo has been excellent and quick to respond. So happy I have found this app!

The support is great and they will try and help when possible. The time delay is a bit of an issue though with being GMT+7 hours and sometimes you have to wait a day for things to be done. But the app is great value.

I waited to write this review until I had more than one interaction with the company. The first was perfect, but I waited until the second to be sure... it was just as perfect! I needed some advanced customizations made to better suit the app integrations with my workflows and packing slip printouts.
