I'm currently paying for the app twice. I signed up for a yearly subscription. I then deleted it briefly because it had a bug, and reinstalled it after 10 minutes. Now I've already paid the annual subscription and still have to pay monthly. This is fraud, and they don't see it and don't help. Be careful with this app! It's fraudulent.

Live Chat doesnt work.

Store breaks often because of this app.

Formatting is a PAIN in the BUTT to do and takes DAYS to complete.

No automatic "out of stock" disclaimer and customers can add it to their order, but then get an error when trying to check out with no description, thus you lose tons of sales.

Pain and waste of time trying to add new variants and manually get the thumbnails uploaded for each color

Chat isn't working and the product does not allow to set quantity/inventory available with each option.

Changing my 5 star to 1 star again: The app is fantastic but customer service is absolutely terrible.

They don't take your issues seriously and try to cut corners. They ask for information about the issue. I get them the information from my customers and provide it to them. I even had to give my customers compensation so I could help the developer better.

They proceed to completely ignore my e-mails for 3-4 days with all the detailed information about the issue without a single confirmation, then repeat to tell me I should ask for information from my customers??? Which I literally did and you didn't even read it?

And all this only after contacting them 2 times why they weren't responding to my e-mails. In short: THEY DON'T EVEN READ YOUR E-MAILS. Their customer service js not organized and a mess. MIND YOU I PAY THE HIGHEST PLAN with 'priority support'. It's just a joke. They will probably still not know what im talking about in this review. It's hilarious.

As a paid user of their Globo Product Options app, I relied on it heavily for my store's customizable products. On January 4th, all product options disappeared from my website, forcing me to pause ads, close my store, and lose significant revenue.

Despite reaching out to their support team immediately, the issue remained unresolved for days. They blamed me for "downgrading the app to a free plan," which I did not do. I am the sole person managing my store, and their explanation was both dismissive and inaccurate. This problem occurred after I uninstalled another Globo app (GLO Color Swatch) and tried to update my product options. Instead of owning their technical mishap, they shifted the blame and offered no real resolution.

What’s worse, I paid for a subscription from December 24th, but the app stopped working entirely from January 4th. When I requested a partial refund for the unused period, their response was vague and unhelpful. It was only after I contacted Shopify Support and explained how poorly I had been treated by Globo that they finally offered a credit.

I would not recommend this app to anyone running a serious business. If you rely on smooth functionality and responsive support, look elsewhere.

App has a lot of great features of setting up options, BUT there is no tracking of orders that your option set was used. Talked to representative and asked what the orders in the past 30 days is used for and she said it didn't track the option set orders?... Analytics is a basic need for companies and this app can't do the basics

Would highly not recommend. Look for a different company that stands by their product. We set everything up correctly on our website. Because of a glitch in THEIR software not being compatible with a feature on shopify they gave away thousands of dollars of product away for free. When I contacted them about the issue they offered a measly 15% discount off the subscription price. A whole $15 dollars compared to the thousands that I lost because of their mistake. Im lucky I caught it when I did. They also couldn't guarantee that this wouldn't happen again either. They clearly don't stand by their products and don't care about customers whatsoever. They just want your money

Good customer service, but I am changing my rating from 5 stars to 1 star because the app isn't even compatible with the cart drawer, which is an important feature for reducing friction for customers and maximizing the conversion rate.

When a customer tries to add an item to their cart, the cart breaks and stops working. And they don't know how to solve the problem. They suggest redirecting directly to the cart page, which isn't an interesting solution for my store, which has a lot of items. This adds a lot of friction for customers, who then have to leave the cart page to go back to the product page and other pages.

This is very disapointing

What's more, the chat with support is reset everyday. Therefore you can't see your previous conversations. And you don't even receive messages when they reply to you while you're not log in.

I wouldn't recommend the application if you are perfectionist and have a store where customers want to shop multiple products

A huge waste of time.
