App is working very well. Customer support also very supportive. But I am facing many problems : 1. No option to apply more option set on one product
2. Facing with pagination - when edit any option set and click back button. List show from starting means first page 3. No any option wise pricing like Shopify default variant feature 4. No search option

This app kind sucks, it just randomly stops working no matter how you have it set up. Looked great right after setting it up but then just stops working.

The app occasionally fails to display.

Horrible experience! Their poorly programmed app made me lose money during the whole month I had it. My customers couldn't upload images and didn't realize this after a month. Can't understand how these apps are even allowed in Shopify, I thought they tested before allowing apps in their marketplace.

This is the most problematic app I have ever used. I have had three different instances this app has affected my store's products. This is currently the third time, the app isn't even showing variants for 80% of my products without my knowledge. No telling how many sales I have lost due to this. Last time I had to close my entire store for 24 hours and lost sales then as well. I am deleting the app today.

We have been using this app since we joined Shopify, for about 2 months. We have created and are using over 20 distinct Option Sets. We were impressed with the app, at first. However, we have needed to contact Tech Support about 5 times regarding different issues that caused Product pages not to work. It generally takes about 2 - 4 days for Tech Support to respond and declare the issue corrected. However, these page errors go unnoticed until a customer makes us aware of an issue and by that point we have no clear idea how many potential sales have been lost.
Our most recent issue was identified directly by Shopify. We are now at a point where we may need to remove this app and consider other apps that have more users.

Love this app but slowing my store speed down. Unless they optimise it before May 2021 I would not recommend it.

I've contacted customer support 3 times now with no response. The app was easy to configure but when my customer clicks "add to cart" the price disappears. ... I'd love to get a response from customer support to get this resolved. Especially since this is a paid app...

This app allows customers to get FREE add-on products due to a major loophole in their coding.
Horrible for add-on products. If you utilize the 'add-on' products option, the customer has the ability to remove the main product it's connected to, then the add-on option remains in the cart unless it's also removed separately. To add to the frustration, the customer can remove the 'add-on' product, which reduces the price back down to the normal product price, but then the normal product still has the 'add-on' option listed on it without the 'add-on' price included on the total. So it's like they're getting the add-on option for free....
Glad I realized this before it was figured out by customers!! And there's more...if you uncheck the 'Redirect to the shopping cart page after adding a product?' it still redirects to the shopping cart.....nothing like losing sales because the customer is encouraged to check out before they're done shopping..
