The app itself works pretty flawlessly, but when I had an issue with it not showing up on one of my listings, their customer service team responded within 24 hours and resolved the issue right away. I would recommend for a free app with all the basic functions!

I have some problem with my product sync and check out cart. Got an Email reply in a few minutes after sending my email. They quickly solved the problem. Very helpful staff.

Helen from Globo Product Support was super helpful and responsive! We purchased a new theme which messed with the app and my website wasn't responding properly on mobile. She jumped in and found the issue quick and realized its an conflict with another third party app. She asked for permission to disable the app and attempt to fix the other app for me. Luckily she did because she fixed it faster than the other app company could even get to it.

Excellent product for enabling multiple variants on you're storefront. We looked at several other applications and it was the most successful.

They reply promptly and understand our request. They solved the issue and even recommended other form of solutions e.g. other apps if their app is unable to fulfil 100% our request. We love the going-for-the-extra-miles service and promoting other apps because at the end, everyone wins. Good job!
