Literally so easy to use. And when I needed help, customer support got back to me really quickly. I've tried other apps and so far this is my favorite one.
Can't get past step 2, requested assistance twice, and eventually got sent an email with a link to their FAQs. Moving on.

What can I say, this app is truly a lifesaver. Been struggling to code manually for custom variants and products. I can't believe this app is FREE and just perfect for those who provide custom product service. This should be the first app you must install. Customer service also respond swiftly and offer a great help!
This is a great free app. Some of the FAQ documentation is not helpful as they are missing key parts of information - eventually though you can figure it out as you go. Unfortunately there is no option to change the SKU based on the customer selections which is a massive point for us. Also no option to change weight based on selections. Support replied very quickly to any queries I had. It is outstanding what you are receiving for free if you can work around the above.
Added very detailed and customized elements and when the page refreshed they disappeared, wasted 3 hours of my time
anything you add to your product page with this app, you won't be able to delete it. Even after removing the app, the changes stay 0/10
Wouldn't log me in from the beginning. I couldn't even get to the point of adding the variants to my products.....
Options wont disapper, although the app has been deleted.... Usability is also horrible in my point of view
We're sorry for your experience. Our app is using Shopify Theme App Extension. So after you uninstall it, the code & data will be automatically removed on your site.
But Shopify Theme App Extension code will be cached within 1-2 minutes. So please wait for a few minutes to see the option is removed.
I recently tried the Globo Product Options app and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to use. The customization options allowed me to create a unique shopping experience for my customers.
