Globo Product Options, Variant

Hello, today I have received many messages from my customers that the photos are not uploaded, I tried it myself but the file upload feature does not work, I lost dozens of sales due to this situation, please fix the problem as soon as possible.

Hi everyone , if you have a product variant that is based on a dynamic live pricing and varying sku - this is the app to go with. done so much research and I was about to write a code - dont waste your time and try this app - works fantastic - if you encounter a problem just send a message to support and they will solve it - definitely five star - check out their other apps as well we are using SUBMIT a REQUEST and GLOBO MEGA MENU - great guys. Very good app. Went through several before I found this one and best part is customer service is very very good. Just spoke with Helen and she was fantastic with solving a question I was having on how to easily create a template. I am very happy I found this app.

Would highly not recommend. Look for a different company that stands by their product. We set everything up correctly on our website. Because of a glitch in THEIR software not being compatible with a feature on shopify they gave away thousands of dollars of product away for free. When I contacted them about the issue they offered a measly 15% discount off the subscription price. A whole $15 dollars compared to the thousands that I lost because of their mistake. Im lucky I caught it when I did. They also couldn't guarantee that this wouldn't happen again either. They clearly don't stand by their products and don't care about customers whatsoever. They just want your money

Helen was incredibly helpful, assisting me multiple times with updating content directly in the code. Her expertise made the process smooth and efficient. I highly recommend Globo for their excellent support!

I sent a request for help and received an email back very soon afterward. Helen helped me with my ticket and explained what the issue was and added a screenshot so I could see exactly what the issue was. Helen also went above and added some extra style codes so that everything matched my theme. I'm SO appreciative for Helen's assistance on this!! Thank you Helen!

Been liking the app so far. Have only been using it for a month but definitely an upgrade from the previous one I've been using.
Super easy to contact someone. I have been able to get a hold of a live cha person in under 5 minutes.

Very good. After comparing several apps for variant, I choose this one. When you go demo page, you can find demo site based on your business sector, and it looks very good. Plus, I choose this app because it has pop-up & modal option. I guess others don't have this option. Have great expectation on this app. Thanks for great service.
