Globo Product Options, Variant

We have been using GLOBO for over 5 years and it works great. Recently we had an issue with Shopify/GLOBO and Mike at GLOBO helped fix the problem in no time. GREAT Customer Service!!! Thank you Mike!

Installed the App, everything went fine but one element was not showing.
I contacted customer support, got feedback within 5 minutes and the problem was solved in under 10 minutes. Mike from the Support-Team helped me out perfectly.

(In the end it was just a checkmark i oversaw and the App was working just fine)

Love this app for my ecommerce embroidery shop. It has all the options I needed to allow customers to select fonts, thread color swatches and more. Mike at Customer Service was prompt when I had an issue testing it out on my first product (completely my fault). It is a lot easier to use and customize than VO Product Option app that I was currently using.

Been using for a little over a day, the support with getting this set up has been top tier! I was able to add what I needed and reached out with a question, about size of the fields, and I got a quick response to help. Then I asked about changing the design to look like my website as they state they will do it and I get on not long after, a few hours, to find they have edited my site to my colors! Now the selection doesn't look out of place. I couldn't have asked for a better app to use.

I had 4 variants and SEVERAL options. Shopify's default only allows 3 variants. This app solved my problems. Overall the app is easy to use, however, there were advance settings I needed guidance. Mike from the apps chat was wonderful to work with. Mike and the DEV team solved my issue. I highly recommend this app, if you are working with several variants. Thanks for all your help, Mike & Dev team!

Great app with excellent support!

L'équipe est toujours au top et très réactif.
Au moindre problème de compatibilité ou juste pour des conseils ils sont toujours là et avec un temps de réponse très rapide.

I sell dog leashes and wanted to give my customers the option to pick their own accent colour. Was very easy to set up and apply to multiple products at the same time. They also made sure the options matched the design of my website. I use the free plan and its giving me enough options for what I need.
