Globo Product Options, Variant

This is the perfect add-on for our Lajosi Putters Shopify store. It allows us to let customers build their putters they way they want it. Helen was crucial for making sure we had all of the finer touches all in order before launching the new store

The add-priced items were being removed from my shopping cart, which confused me for a long time. Helen helped me remove them.My problem had taken a long time and Helen had tried many times. I am very grateful for this.

The support team is highly professional and responds promptly. When I discovered an issue with my settings in the middle of the night and couldn't adjust them myself, the support team was quickly reached and provided assistance.

Very disturbing and costly experience.

After asking for Shopify access for troubleshooting, the Globo support team moved an active option set on my live store to Draft without any warning or consent. This immediately broke the buying flow and stopped required selections from being captured on orders.

This happened on New Year’s Eve, while we were running heavy paid ads. As a result:

Sales dropped sharply

Orders came in with missing critical information

We faced continuous complaints and operational chaos

What made this far worse was the complete lack of communication. After taking access and causing the issue, the support team stopped responding for over 18 hours, while our production store was actively bleeding.

Disabling or altering live store configurations without informing the merchant is unacceptable. The support team is not reliable at all for production stores. If something breaks due to their mistake, you are on your own.

This app caused extreme financial and operational loss for us, along with massive stress. Trust is completely gone.

I would strongly warn other merchants to be extremely careful before giving store access or relying on this app for any critical workflow.

Fantastic support from Globo. I had an issue with translations affecting how certain options displayed and couldn't work out why. Not only did Rosie find the issue, she also fixed it by creating specific options for each language. The app itself is perfect for our store - which has more than three options for many products, a feature still not offered by Shopify despite the new 2,000 variant limit

One of the best apps I've used so far, perfect for my needs. I'm currently using the free version but will soon upgrade to the paid version.
My experience with customer care has been more than positive; Helen quickly resolved every issue I encountered.

Problem encountered and within 4 minutes they answered the chat, jumped onto my store and within 7 minutes the entire issues was resolved. I cannot fault this app or the team supporting it. I would highly recommend!
