We encountered an issue with the appearance of our cart, where the configuration was overlapping with the quantity of products. Their technicians promptly resolved the entire situation for us; all they needed was access. They respond lightning-fast. They also helped us with translating the app into all our languages. Quick customer service. Had an issue and the rep was able to fix it quickly.

I needed a way to allow customers to enter information for personalized products and add on products and no matter what I did it wasn’t showing the way I wanted it to. It would have confused my customers how it was. I almost gave up until I contacted globo’s support team to see if it could be done and they helped me right away! They fixed the issue I was having and helped me make the site how I wanted. Would definitely recommend this app!
