Globo Product Options, Variant

This app has worked wonders for our product option sets. A few things needed to be updated and Rosie was able to hop in and add the coding necessary to make that happen! Very quick and friendly response. A lot more features in the way the app works and displays product info so really dig in to it! Add their Color Swatch app and you are set for every thing you would need!

Customer Support is responsive and helpful, platform is designed well with UI experience in mind. You can implement conditional logic/product add ons just as intended. Great app if you don't know how to code and need it to look beautiful whilst selling product options.

It works so well for the variant options our product offers, I contacted support to ask if they could change the colour of the drop down menu and was put in the hands of Helen who was extremely helpful and speedy with our request. We tried using variants and other options native to shopify to try to achieve what we were looking for with a product that requires alot of info from a customer but couldnt quite get there - I then found this app and it was the perfect solution. Easy to setup and heaps of great options, we now use this on multiple stores for different types of products. Support is also great whether it be for a design or technical issue, they are always fast to respond and get things sorted - shout out to Helen who has helped me out a few times with this app and always does a great job.

I've had a few issues integrating the Globo app with my website, sometimes the price wouldn't appear on the site or the add-ons will display as products on my page. However, I reached out to their development team and they were able to resolve any issues I had in a quick and friendly manner.
