I have had a great experience so far with this app. My Rep Rosie was patient with me and walked my thought the set up process. She provided screenshot and videos to help me understand the app and how to set it up correctly on my Shopify account. She stayed with me and answered all my questions until I felt comfortable with the app and how to use it!

We tried using variants and other options native to shopify to try to achieve what we were looking for with a product that requires alot of info from a customer but couldnt quite get there - I then found this app and it was the perfect solution. Easy to setup and heaps of great options, we now use this on multiple stores for different types of products.
