Globo Product Options, Variant

I made some changes to my shopify store. My options area of my item. Was a different color than my page. I noticed that chat support was available. Rosie was so nice and helpful to get the option box to match my page. Now my product pages look more professional.

Amazing support

I recently encountered a minor issue while using the app, and I must say, the level of customer service I received was truly exceptional. I reached out to the support team via email and Helen responded promptly. Not only did Helen fix the issue for me, but she also followed up to ensure that everything was working perfectly. Great app, really useful if you need lots of options for products! I had a small problem but Rosie sorted it out for me really quickly on a chat, great to deal with.

Great app to add additional amounts and add-ons to your product. Great support too, they are always able to help you and solve your issue. Overall a great app to add value and increase sale for your store. Unlike other product options in the market, they do not create draft orders for the app to work. This is really great since apps that creates draft orders can have computability issue with other apps since a lot of shopify functions are not available in draft orders. Would definitely recommend this over other product option apps.

Installed very easily, contacted customer support and instantly we had fantastic service from somebody called Helen. She was very friendly and polite but more importantly incredibly helpful and resolved our issues.

We are going into a testing phase and the app looks very promising for our store. We would definitely feel confident both recommending this app and reaching out to customer support if we had any issues.
