Required name field is not working since January...
Even if you set the field as mandatory, the customer can enter the checkout without filling in the personalized names...
difficulty using now and variants never stay i get customers turned away due to this. support takes a day to reply when i need immediate help
I constantly have to add the options multiple times as sometimes these will display without an issue and other times it will take multiple attempts to get the options to display.

After further investigation of this case, we figured out what happened here.
- You installed the app in June 2022, so the app codes were being inserted to your theme files directly.
- We have recently updated our app to utilize the new App Embed function from Shopify. We noticed that you enabled our App Embed in the Theme Customize at the same time
===> That's why the conflict data issue occurred.
Finally, We have completely resolved this matter for your shop.

Cool app, but too much freeze took 3min every time to change something and not dur to my computer but the app.
Lots of possibilities tho.
The app is super slow and is constantly freezing when i try to update a dataset. in addition it made the actual product listing incredibly slow which caused frustration with my customers
Love the design and outlook. But does not always add the plan to the cart, as stated. I lost a $1000 client since it let her sign up for free. With big ticket items, I would not risk it again.
