Been needing an app like this for a long time now -- was glad to stumble upon it while researching ways to be able to produce customization options for products without creating additional variants. I did some research before deciding to use this app and from what I saw, this app is one of the best out there and not just that, you can't beat that it's free. When I say free, it's not the limited features or free plan available apps -- this app is completely free, no strings attached. I did have issues initially with getting the app to work on my theme. However, I saw on the reviews that the support team was very helpful. So I reached out to the support team on the same day I first installed the app and asked for them to look into it. They responded very quickly (think it was within a few hours) and was able to request for access to my account and make the corrections right away. Not sure if they have around the clock support but it sure felt like it since when I woke up the next morning, everything was working the way I wanted it to. Highly recommend to others.

I generally love this app as it has saved me a lot of time and effort. My only thing would be it would be amazing if the option sets could be put into folders and/or when you go back from editing/creating an option set you go to the page you were on and not back to the most recent page.

Horrible experience! Their poorly programmed app made me lose money during the whole month I had it. My customers couldn't upload images and didn't realize this after a month. Can't understand how these apps are even allowed in Shopify, I thought they tested before allowing apps in their marketplace.

J'utilise l'app depuis quelques heures uniquement, elle est relativement simple d'utilisation et permet pas mal de personnalisation.
J'ai souhaité avoir plus d'informations pour quelques réglages plus poussés et l'équipe m'a répondu immédiatement et la réponse était très clair. App à utiliser les yeux fermés, surtout avec un excellent service comme celui-ci. Merci à Globo Product Options !

replied really fast and solved my problem within minutes. MAybe a livechat would be better, but the reply via email is ok.

We wanted to offer a variable length item without creating an exponential amount of new variants in our store and Globo Product Options, Variant did just that. Not only that but communication was very easy and they were extremely helpful. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs this sort of functionality. Excellent product, would give it 10 stars if possible.
