A great app for product personalisation. Support were very helpful and sorted my problem out in minutes! Couldn't recommend enough :)

customers support would solve issue, week later still nothing done. i understand sometimes delay but just forgetting someone's issue is no service.

There are a lot of things that can be made for users to fix without reaching out to live chat. However the people there are very helpful. I spoke with Rosie and Rosie was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She set me up properly and fixed a few things I needed done.

The software is intuitive to use; it just requires a bit of time to get acquainted with it. The response time from support can be quite long, but once in contact, their efficiency is exceptional.
