I was looking for a way to propose customized products and services to our customers without adding continuous product/service pages. And this app has everything, but especially it has a great service centre: they solved my design issue in minutes. I have only one word: GO! I wish there were more e-suppliers like them.

I sent off a note asking if it was possible to change the widget background to transpartent, and also asking how much it would cost to remove the watermark. Since the app is free, I assumed there was a paid option that was watermark-free.

Within 24 hours, Helen had set my background to transparent, and removed the watermark, with no question of payment. Really impressed!

I love all the options I can add to my listings with this app, it's truly excellent.

Have been using this app for a while.. everything works perfectly.. until recently i noticed that one of the option wasn't displaying properly on my store on mobile.. i contacted support and they solved it promptly!

I am very satisfied with this app and highly recommend it to anyone who needs custom product options for their store!

So far so good. Fast response from customer service. I needed some adjustments made and was accommodated accordingly. My only suggestion would be for there to be a way to add a price for a variant option such as customized text without it creating a whole product page for a price add on.

I used this app to add a simple check box option for one of my products where you could select 3 different options for a gift set. And Globo helped with that. Also customer assistance is fast and efficient. They helped me customize the background for the widget and they allowed me to remove their watermark.

The app itself works pretty flawlessly, but when I had an issue with it not showing up on one of my listings, their customer service team responded within 24 hours and resolved the issue right away. I would recommend for a free app with all the basic functions!

Just install the app and save yourself valuable time. I wasted a day YouTubing it and installed code that didn't work. This app is super easy to add product variants and set up. I thought I had an issue but it was just me, anyways customer service responded ASAP. I'm very impressed. This is perfect for stores that want a personalized product option and don't want to code or upgrade the store. Merci Beaucoup!!

After installing the app and embedding it onto my store it appeared as a full white box which, on a brown store, was a bit of an eyesore! I requested if it could be customised to match my background and keep my website looking fresh throughout and the same day (I think within 1-2 hours) the had requested collaborator permission and within minutes of me getting back to them they had been on and edited the box to my requirements. I am pleasantly surprised that, whilst on a free plan, I could still have things exactly how I need them. This is a brilliant app and I 100% recommend it purely just on how fantastic their customer service is!

I sell customizable baby products and needed a lot of extra add-on variants. They work quickly and very professionally.
