Globo Product Options, Variant

If you are thinking of using this app to customize various products at your POS, take a closer look.

This app does not allow you to have multiple products with the same SKU and different customizations in a single sale. Only one of the products will have the customization data. This defeats the main purpose of an app like this at POS.

It would be important for the development team to come up with a solution.

Rosie is Awesome She spent a very long time helping me out and making sure everything was exactly the way I needed it.

I'm still in the trial so I haven't even spent any money on this app yet so that should let everyone know the type of service you'll get if you work with these people.

Unfortunately support did not continue to be as outstanding as I initially commented It's been back and forth for them basically blaming me for not getting the functionality working I see myself moving away from the app as soon as I can.

It's unfortunate because from what I see this app could really do what I'm looking to do However there seems to be a communication block between me and Vietnam where the support is based out of.

I have found another app that can do what i am looking for and the support is better then Globo so i am now uninstalling it.

Support is really good! Mike was the person who was really helpful!

But when I tried downgrading my plan, I got charged a yearly value instead of the basic plan being FREE!

I asked for assistance and was helped swiftly and correctly. However i do not appreciate having 4 messages spammed to me within 5 minutes to leave a review.

The issue I had was only 50% fixed and the customer service rep was very focused on getting a review but really, the issue wasn't fixed.

Aktuell funktioniert sie super und wenn doch etwas sein sollte, hilft der Support ohne zu zögern!

Leider muss ich meine Bewertung etwas heruntersetzen, da einige Sachen (Anpassung der Varianten im Warenkorb - das der Preis zum normalen Preis des Produktes dazugerechnet wird) nicht ordentlich abgebildet werden können und meiner Meinung nach zum optimalen Einkaufserlebnis dazugehören.
Der Service war so weit gut, aber nach einer anderen Lösung wurde leider auch nicht gesucht.

Used the free version of this app for years. Needed to update some text and was told that I would have to upgrade to a paid version because 'Date Time' field was now a paid feature. In the end they did me a favour because I switched to King which is better and 100% free.

The application opens on a home page where it is impossible to access the set options. Information appears on purchase orders that have nothing to do (numbers and letters that mean nothing), options that are now available on the most expensive subscription while they were available on the intermediate subscription. I am very disappointed and seriously considering using another application. Too bad, it was very good before this complex update... I shouldn't have exchanged it :-(

A great app! Lots of options. Does what I want it to do. You can't have multiple option sets per product, but each set has many options so you just have to combine them and that works just fine. Update: Unfortunately this app stops working every once in a while which is problematic.

It does the thing and creates variations and removes restrictions, and the system they use is quite robust. More than others. However I had a store with a lot of SKUs and they HAD to be tied to specific variations. Due to the way Globo handles variants, having only one add-on product be created for all of the products I was trying to have variants for just didn't make sense for our inventory management system. I hope they update this in the future where we can leverage this powerful tool because the rules and logic, and interface were very nice.
