Actually it was one of the best app and support I've ever had. They gave me all the support I needed and I just don't give 10 stars because I can't do it.

Great app, with a lot of flexibility - its helped us implement personalisation on our products. We did have a few teething issues with how the product options viewed in the basket but the team were super helpful and in no time worked up a solution for us. Great customer service!
I am using this App for some time now for taking personalization requests, and it works great. Whats best though is the customer service and the swiftness with which issues are resolved or customized to suit the store. All in all, a great App.
