Customer service is AWESOME! You allow them to be a collaborator on your website and they go in to try to fix the issue. First issue for me, they recorded a video of them on my site to teach me how to do something. On my 2nd issue, since it was over a holiday weekend, they just went in and fixed my issue without a video since the coding team was out. =)
There's many options of what you can do with this app. We use it for gathering personalised info from customers as well as checkboxes.
The tech support has been responsive and fixed any small issues very promptly.
