W3 Custom Product Options

Superb customer service and having only used the app for a few days it seems to work seamlessly. Setting up the elements was very straight forward and provides a great user friendly experience for the customer. There are many options available to customise your products and add extra value where required.

The team at W3 went above and beyond to ensure the app fit into my theme and looked like it has been hard coded. My web developers actually commented on it to say it was a fantastic application.

The customer service for this app is second to none! They have helped me every step of the way while I was setting up and resolved all my issues promptly. Honestly some of the best customer service I have received from any shopify app, would recommend to anyone.

This app has been a life saver! The amount of customisation is perfect and the staff are super helpful! Honestly its a small but really powerful tool. I cant recommend it enough!

I would have given this app a 3 or a 4 just because the amount of effort it took figuring things out. However as soon as I reached out to W3 with questions they really were very supportive, quick responses and helped me out with a lot of complex situations, turning this app into exactly what I wanted for my shop. I had already tested lots of product customizers and this one really is simple but effective.

I still don't think its PERFECT as it does still have loading issues due to my location (takes some time to load) and there are still a few features missing that I would have loved seeing. But W3 is constantly at work improving their apps.

Works very well and integrates nicely into Shopify. We've been using this product live for about three months now.

Absolutely amazing. I'm using Sense theme so asked the team to install the app manually. It was done within 10 minutes and every tiny thing I wanted changed/edited was done incredibly quickly. Absolute stars, thank you!
