W3 Custom Product Options

This app has been so great! The options that I'm able to offer to my customers are endless and the customer service team is excellent any and every time a question arises. Easy to set up and even easier to maintain.

I was having an issue where when adding a 'Compare at' price, the product options would disappear. The w3 team (specifically Justin Smith) looked into it for us and found that the issue was actually the theme itself. Even though it was not their responsibility at that point, they still took care of it for us so that our site could function properly. I highly recommend!

I've been a customer for almost three years now. I had a recent issue due to the Shopify theme I was using and W3 responded quickly , updated my store code, and made sure everything was working. Awesome! They were super helpful during the initial code install three years ago too. Highly recommended.

We have used Custom Product Options for a couple of years now and it has been a fantastic app for our website, I am not great with IT and I can use it with ease and we have recently had an issue ( no fault of Custom Product Options ) but our own team and they very quickly jumped to help and have sorted the issue out, great company and excellent customer service.

I have been using this app now for about a year and it is brilliant. I have an online only store for personalised baby gifts and I am able to tailor the personalisation options to my needs to easily, far better than previous apps I have used. The team is also super responsive and helpful with providing advice. Definitely would recommend.
