Extremely good service and very helpful as you know most apps always have slight issues and brad helped me Perfect the app for my website free of charge and won a long term customer. Multi currency was no issue with all the added prices and a much cheaper option then the others you cant go wrong here.

This app is brilliant, I have tried other custom apps and this one is miles ahead. Very user friendly and fits into our theme absolutely seamlessly. If you get stuck anywhere along the way the support team are very helpful and so quick at getting issues ironed out . This was the best app out there to add name engraving to our bats. While it takes a little to get it configured properly, most good things do. It would be great if you could show examples of the "actual" engraving font but perhaps it will someday. W3 support was great in helping get set up properly and making tweaks to match their Accessories app which is right next to it.

This has proven the best program on shopify if you are a retailer with products that need many different kinds of options, some required, some optional, some text boxes needed for measurements, etc. The interface also makes it easy to attach more than 1 product to the set of options instead of having to edit each individual product. From a customer stand-point, the design and interface is easy to choose and see the added prices for different options, etc. Finally, their customer service has been a huge help! I had entered code incorrectly and they went in and made the fix for me for no charge. I highly recommend W3 as your options editor.

Great customer service. I don't have much experience with the app performance yet. However, the customer support has been really great with very quick responses and solutions to my questions. With the free trial and efficient services, it's a no-brainer to at least TRY this app out! Thank you W3trends team!
