This app is really amazing if you are on the right theme. Easy to add to multiple products using tags, easy to update and manage, extremely easy to add custom pricing as well. But manually installing on 2.0 themes is extremely hard if you are not a developer. Unfortunately, we had to find another app.

Great customer service. I don't have much experience with the app performance yet. However, the customer support has been really great with very quick responses and solutions to my questions. With the free trial and efficient services, it's a no-brainer to at least TRY this app out! Thank you W3trends team!

I have worked with a number of app developers and I rarely write a review. These folks exceeded my expectations so I had to chime in with a note of thanks. They are real pros and it's a pleasure to work with them.

It took a while to figure out because the video tutorial doesn't go in depth but after I emailed a couple of questions and played around with it I found it easy to use and so far has been able to accommodate my needs.

Absolutely fantastic custom service! I'm based in Australia and the Customer Service Team were on hand sometimes in minutes of me emailing. I asked for a lot of detail and they really came through, Thank you!

Poor application. Terrible service.

The application showed a price different from the price of the product and also, did not add it to the car. We have lost payment for that product and the developer does not want to acknowledge their error.

The developer has just corrected the difference between the price that was displayed on the web and the actual price of the product to our order, but we are responsible for not synchronizing the ap when we had never changed the price.

The most unfortunate thing is that it states that since we have not been charged with the installation of your app, they can not give back to us what they have caused us to lose.

Shopify should analyze the continuity of this company. They should not treat a customer so badly.

Justin is a superhero and helped quickly and with exactly what we needed.

Just a heads up, this is very powerful and may require some tweaking in the back end but the support team will give quick response and listen to you. There are some limitations that I wish were available but this custom product builder is far superior to any other custom product builder that I tried. I chose this one by W3Trends because it served my purpose. Thanks!

We installed this app to allow us to have customisable products. The app itself is relatively easy to setup and getting your custom product fields designed and implemented is very straight forward. We did have some issues with our theme conflicting with the app, but the support team worked extensively with us to resolve this issues and solve the problem. Great app to extend Shopify's own functionality and excellent support service :)

Provided really quick help to to re-size image picker images and the app seems to work really well without having to touch code. Other apps I saw did not have so many options, or include the Additional Cost calculator below the item choices, which was essential for me. Thanks for your help

app DID NOT work as advertised. i wrote them for support and their only answer was to pay them 25 bucks to install it for me. i paid the 25$ installation and it still didnt work. i wrote them multiple times to fix it and its been a week and they have not gotten back to me. awful company. bad service. non-functioning app. DO NOT BUY THIS APP.
