We installed this app to allow us to have customisable products. The app itself is relatively easy to setup and getting your custom product fields designed and implemented is very straight forward. We did have some issues with our theme conflicting with the app, but the support team worked extensively with us to resolve this issues and solve the problem. Great app to extend Shopify's own functionality and excellent support service :)
Provided really quick help to to re-size image picker images and the app seems to work really well without having to touch code. Other apps I saw did not have so many options, or include the Additional Cost calculator below the item choices, which was essential for me. Thanks for your help
app DID NOT work as advertised. i wrote them for support and their only answer was to pay them 25 bucks to install it for me. i paid the 25$ installation and it still didnt work. i wrote them multiple times to fix it and its been a week and they have not gotten back to me. awful company. bad service. non-functioning app. DO NOT BUY THIS APP.
Megan ruined my store. Do not install this app as they will not understand what you need, even if you tell them 100 times in the most basic of terms, including video examples. I grew exhausted trying to get an answer from these guys, and never got any that made sense.There is way too much wrong with this app and the service, I won't even.
Sorry for the trouble you had getting started using the app :( Unfortunately we're based in Houston and thus our timezone is CST. Some of the time difference was it falling on a weekend as well. Our support auto replies also list our hours of operation. We're sometimes here as late as 7PM CST so if you reply early in the morning in Australia between 8am and 10am we should be able to get a lot of communication in then. We wish we could afford 24 hour support! But at the this time we're only a small team of 6 people and try to keep the app prices competitive and still see our families at night.

Terrible service, when i ask to fix the problem from the app
Changes the price on the product page when an option with an upcharge is selected, changes the item price in the cart to include all upchrage products, and install image customizer.

Sorry to hear that you were not happy with our service. We had offered to look at the issues you were experiencing but you never accepted the collaborator access request so there was very little we can do.
As for the additional charges, those were for the data entry and custom configurations you were asking for us to do that are outside of the standard functionality of the app.

The support is truly horrible. They messed up the install of our theme which led to huge issues in our store. When we reached out for urgent help, they just gave us generic answers. STAY AWAY!
Really good app, you can group functions by accordions. Great and fast technical assistance. 4 out of 5 stars because to change some things (ex. the color of the accordion bar) you have to modify the code of the theme (it would be better to have this option as a function of the app) but the assistance will help you out with this. With their help I managed to do that even if I don't have any knowledge about coding

Support does not exist for this app. They send us an email with 3 video link which did not help to resolve our problem. The app could not be set properly and worst, it brings but to the cart page.
Our customers are our number one priority. I apologize for your negative experience. It is standard procedure for our agents to send our customers tutorials before we are granted access to one's store. When we were available to assist our app had been uninstalled from your store. We would be happy to assist you if you are interested in trying the app again.
Not an ideal app for apparel. The app requires you to add conditional logic for every product variant so if I have one shirt with 6 sizes and 3 colors I would have to add conditional logic 18 times for just one product. The manual instructions didn't correlate with my theme either. The company did install it within 24 hours though and the video in how to use it is very helpful.
Thank you for trying out our Custom Product Options app and leaving a review. The Conditional logic feature is only necessary if you want to perform an action when the customer makes a selection. For example, adding a product to the cart, or showing/hiding an option. It is not necessary if you are simply showing options.
Also, please note, Custom Product Options app does not replace the Shopify variants for a product. If you only need sizes and colors for a shirt, then variants are most likely the better option.
