I've tried most of the Custom product options apps there are on the app store, and this one is by far the one that suited my need most. The live preview, conditional logic and extra costs on options let you create just about everything you need. The user interface is quite user-friendly in my opinion, and if you have any questions or problems, the support team is very responsive and friendly. It may require a tiny bit of coding to entirely customize some details of your own options, but if I managed it, so can you! Thanks again Justin and Megan for helping me throughout my journey :)

I went through an extensive evaluation of the top 5 custom product options apps and W3 Trends exceeded my expectations. These apps are NOT all the same, and neither are the teams that deliver them. The app is great, the interface is simple and the capabilities match the product description. More than that though, the team at W3 Trends was outstanding, quick to respond, went above and beyond and really came through in the end. It is a huge relief to know that moving forward a key part of my business will be in good hands with the W3 Trends team, and their awesome software. Thank you!! Update: I've been using this app for 2 years now. I'm so impressed. More importantly, the customer support team is awesome. They respond quickly and help me get new features added quickly and troubleshoot anything that I can't figure out myself.

This product has been key for us collecting data from our customers at time of purchase. We find it flexible enough for our needs, without being too hard for us to maintain - well done!

This app is fantastic and is exactly what I have been looking for. My store provides customers with both stock, and custom graphic assets, so this app provides customers with a convenient, one-page experience where they can input their project needs and tell us details about what they'd like. This app is everything we need for our online product customization and more. It allows you to create a "form" which is visible on the product page for products that meet the criteria you've set. This app does that wonderfully, and it is highly customize-able. We use this to offer add-ons such as engravings for selected items in our store, and the app takes care of adding the price of the add-on to the cart. The app absolutely excels at that. Another thing we use this app for (which might not be what the app was specifically designed to do, but does well), is to display a "product builder" for one of our collections. In short, we have a collection that was specifically designed to allow customers to mix and match several pendants into a single necklace. Before Custom Product Options, customers were only able to see the final product in our Brick-and-Mortar store but now, we're able to offer them to see the final product in real-time, as well as the final cost of the entire thing. On top of this all, I want to heap praise on one of their service representatives (Hi Jason! ). He was so willing to help with my problem, despite my request being way out-of-scope for their app. He went above and beyond to help me get things right, and I'm very happy with the final result. If you need a robust product option customizer, you don't have to look any further.

Perfect product for custom monogrammed products and I have tried them all. Awesome customer support, fixed a minor issue on my end in record time. Highly recommend! Super quick customer support as well.

Great app. Bit of a learning curve but once you've got it it works well. This app is integral to how we sell some items so we can't be without it. We had one issue with it but it was all sorted within a few hours of first contact with W3trends. Great support!

The app just plain works. Support was very friendly and helpful. They helped implemented the app into theme and did a small customization. Awesome!
