SC Product Options

The Product Options team was fast, responsive, and performed a Premium Product Options installation within 24 hours of receiving my request. I'm more than satisfied with the customer service that was provided and it's clear that the company values their reputation and does their utmost to help out merchants in need.

Great product for adding multiple options to a product. I like the idea that I can just update my product option field, and it will automatically update my existing products (without having to make 100's of variants). The File Upload feature is a bonus. Recommend having BOLD take care of the Liquid Editing...they are quick and thorough.

Jeff was incredible in helping us work through an issue we had with the app after applying a recent update to our store. Really appreciate the white glove service today!

I contacted Bold App because I was having problems with adding the snippet for adding additional cost to a product. We Nir was the one that helped me. OH MY Gosh, I am so glad I got him. HE IS THE MAN! I didnt' know how to set up a test an he did for me. I was getting very frustrated, I was almost in tears. But to Nir He came through for me. Thank You again sooo soo much!! If I can give more than 5 Stars it would be 10!!

Update 1/8/2020 Kelsey was a lifesaver!! We couldn't figure something out. Shopify couldn't either, but Kelsey came through for us and saved our bacon. Thank you so very very much Kelsey. I'd give you 10 stars if I could because 5 just isn't enough.

I tested out a number of solutions for providing a custom product building experience and this is the one we went with. The interface is easy to use and powerful enough for complex customization flows. The way options with pricing are displayed is the nicest I saw and on top of that they have support for custom styling. I contacted support to discuss more complex integrations as part of our decision making process and they were absolutely amazing!

This is a great app and fantastic service getting it installed and upgraded really quickly. I couldn't have done my product modifications without it.

I love this product options app!!! Also, Bold installed the app in my theme very quickly, upon request, so I could get started! I needed it because I have a lot of personalized products in my store. The condition feature works perfectly for all of my specialized situations!!! So glad this app was available for customizations...very easy to use if you understand logic/conditional statement flow! Thank you!

First off, the product itself works amazingly well! It really allows me to run my site the way that works the best for our customers, which is always a good thing...but this review is about the support provided by Tim and Zach L when I screwed up the liquid code on my site after I switched the theme over.....Man, those guys killed it and worked sooooo hard and were incredibly responsive and knowledgeable about the problem (that I created), and were realistic about the possibility that there might not be a whole lot that they can do to fix my cart problems, but again, they worked all day and got everything up and running perfectly and I couldn't be more grateful to the entire Bold team!!! Great Product, but the Customer Service is the really story here. They were second to none!!! Thanks guys!!

Customer support have been very helpful, thank you to Deelen! I have several websites and am now going to roll this app out across all of them!
